But I also own a very cute black cat (just over a year old). Jet black called Cinders Numbnuts (a girl) who is the love of my life and always puts a smile on my face!

Recently a neighbours cat says hello (meow) to me in the morning before I go to work. What can I give it as a treat?

Well that depends on how much you want to adopt the cat!!!
If you start giving it any treats it will come into your house to see if you have any more! If your neighbour is feeding it and looking after it just give it a fuss and a tickle under the chin!
My neighbour's cat runs out to greet me every night I come in from dancing. It rolls around on the pavement, meowing and wanting to be fussed but then I tell it to go home otherwise it would follow me in! She still waits for me every night knowing she will get her fuss and then goes home to be fed!
Fussing is one thing but adoption is something else! But lovely to know another cat lover.
