A Good Nights Sleep

During our regular teachers meeting the other night Jill & Pete metioned that they now use Tempur Pillows to sleep on. They apparently are fantastic and support the neck, so Nicky & I are going to buy a couple.

There's quite a few different types available, so were not sure which to buy.

Here's a link to a web page with good info, but they seem a bit pricey.... here

Does anyone know a good place to buy these from?

I too have a memory foam pillow - purchased when I got a memory foam topped mattress earlier in the year. Seems to have solved my back and neck problems. My pillow is made by Ventura and I bought it in Herne Bay in a bed shop there. It cost about 65.00 but is well worth it and guaranteed for 5 years. The ones Jill and Pete have a sold in Gerald Lukehursts in Sittingbourne - I recall seeing an advert in my local paper.

For a good night's sleep ...

(1) World record dancing in Dartford in the morning

(2) Dance Rivieria busking in Dartford in the afternoon

(3) dancing the night away in Herne Bay in the evening

You are assured of a good night's sleep then
