Gravesend goes out with a bang!

Well what a night...we had!

It was our final time at the Gravesend venue last night and it certainly ended with a bang.

Teacher Pete, surprised a few lovely ladies by calling them out of the crowd to take it in turns to demo with him on stage and then christening them Pete's Poppet's! They all loved it and, of course, did a fantastic job. This was followed by a cheeky 'perch' routine which went down extremely well for the intermediate class.

There were lots of the familiar regulars there to keep the evening swinging but of course a few sad faces at the end.

Special thank-you's go to Jill and Pete for a great night and regularly giving everyone great classes and cheeky banter; Pete's Poppet's; Wally for door duty; Steve the DJ; all the crew and teachers and of course all the dancers who have regularly supported the venue since it opened.
